Pilates is a comprehensive body development method

I would like to introduce you to the serious method that was included in my arsenal of knowledge. It's called Pilates. Initially, it was complex of exercises with a belt system for the rehabilitation of the wounded solders during World War I and developed by Joseph Pilates based on yoga, taichi and other Eastern traditions. After immigrating to the United States, he used this method to help athletes and artists in their rehabilitation after injuries. Now the Pilates method spread worldwide as one of the fitness types. Pilate's schools may vary from country to country in the methodology. I've decided to include Pilates into my practice for more integrated development and rehabilitation after injuries.
